LOLA is a short film which examines trust within a relationship, and how the harbouring of secrets can often be more damage than the secret itself. It explores the topic of gender, identity, acceptance and how we define and see ourselves within society.

Love and relationships are transcendent. The person you once fell in love with is forever growing and adapting, often to the point where they may no longer seem to be the same person with whom you once fell in love with.

The story of LOLA follows a young woman, Ruby, as she begins to uncover aspects of her long term boyfriend Paul’s life.
